I wish we could say things went as smoothly with the move as they did working with you and MetroCities. The movers were about 10 hours late, the electric wasn’t turned on. The water was turned off and the cable and internet people didn’t show up until yesterday. In spite of all that, we are in and moving forward slowly and surely.
Diana and I do want to thank you for the professional, courteous and FRIENDLY way you led us through the application process. We have moved and refinanced many times, but never has the financial aspect gone this smoothly. Thanks again for your efforts. It was especially nice that you were able to attend the settlement at Tim’s office and were kind enough to take Diana and I out to lunch afterwards.

I had 3 weeks to find a home, get it financed and get to closing. This situation was further aggravated by the fact that I was in another town 3 hours away. My realtor put me in contact with Mike Platt of Metrocities Mortgage and the very next day I received correspondence asking for the required information to get the process started. By the end of the second week, everything had been received from my end and the process of owning my own home was in the works. Things later got complicated by my company pushing forward my start date. I called Mike, explained the dilemma and again he came through for me. I went to closing in time and to make things easier for me, Mike also went with me to sign. The customer service, customer appreciation, Southern Hospitality and overall great work ethics that should be the standard for all companies to follow.
